The shipping fee for custom rug orders will be quoted per piece. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of 8' Round, 8'x10', 9'x12', 11'x14' rugs.
Shipping for Domestic Orders
Domestic orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. Shipping via UPS Ground will take an additional 3-5 days.
For Overnight, 2-Day and 3-day expedited service, orders for in-stock product will be processed the same business day (Monday - Friday) if orders are placed by 11:00 AM EST. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day (Monday - Friday).
In-stock 11'x14' rugs have a 3-5 week delivery lead-time. A customer service rep will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
Shipping for International Orders
Shipping for Canadian orders is 15% of the sale total. All international orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method. The shipping fee for international orders does not include additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees. An estimate for these additional fees will be emailed to the "Bill To" contact within 48 hours. At that time, the customer can choose to make a payment for the additional fees prior to delivery or upon delivery.
Shipping for Furniture
Furniture shipping fees are calculated per piece. The delivery method and shipping fees are listed in the details tab on the product page of each piece.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of 8' Round, 8'x10', 9'x12', 11'x14' rugs. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returns and Exchanges must be 1st quality and in original packaging. All clearance sales are final - no returns, refunds or credits.
